The HTML <blockquote> element defines a section that is quoted from another source.Basically HTML blockquote element is used to define a large quoted section. HTML <cite> for Work Title

The <cite> HTML element basically used to describe a reference to a cited creative work and also mustly included the title of that work. The reference may be in an abbreviated form according to context-appropriate conventions related to citation metadata.

The HTML <cite> element defines the title of a creative work (e.g. a song, a movie, a book, etc) and the browser shows the cited content in italic format.
