Bhoj Prakash Secondary School, Syangja (भोज प्रकाश माध्यामिक विद्यालय, स्याङ्जा) was established in 1962 (2018 BS) as a public academic institute; which is located in Harinas Rural Municipality, Kichnas, Saldanda, Syangja district Gandaki Province of Nepal. It is affiliated to National Examinations Board (NEB) and approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Nepal. This Secondary School offers Ten Plus Two programs under the Education and Management streams. 

Bhoj Prakash Secondary School, Kichnas, Syangja provides a Grade 1 to 12 (Secondary Level) education with affordable fees structures. It also offers scholarships schemes for deserving, hardworking, financially deprived and the underprivileged students of the society. Bhoj Prakash Secondary School (BPSS) provides Classrooms, Clubs, Counseling, Extra-curricular Activities (ECA), Sports, Counselling, Conference, Computer Labs, Multimedia, Excursion Educational tours, and scholarships facilities.

History of Bhoj Prakash Secondary School:

Development of education is found to be transmitted from Gurukul tradition. With the tradition of earning formal education in Nepal after the end of the Rana regime, the introduction of a wave of education-earning from the year 2016 BS also has been seen in Saldana, which is in the difficult place of Syangja district. According to the local culture and traditions on Poush 15, 2017, the locals who gathered and establishing a school will be able to earn desire for their children.

After this, social activist Mr. Tek Bahadur Rana continued the process of establishing the school. After the decision was made to establish the school on the same occasion, locals who gathered for celebration party after the decision of school establishment was named as Bhoj Prakash. Then Mr. Tek Bahadur Rana, who led the leadership, conducted the classroom in the open land before the house of Deuchan Rana. Therefore, Tek Bahadur Rana is the founder of the school as well as the first teacher.

On the one hand, Tek Bahadur Rana was constantly seeking an effort to accept the school, and in the physical management party, then the teacher himself.

After a year's effort, the school received authority in the year 2018. The historical contribution and other great beneficiaries have been the first management of the school by the social activist late Bakhat Bahadur Rana, late Man Bahadur Rana, late Mitralal Adhikari, late Ram Bahadur Rana, etc.
